Starfish is inside the meat market, across the highway bridge from the Eastern Market. They have a selection of both fresh and frozen seafood. They also have a large offering of cooked food (fish and chips, fried shrimp, scallops, etc.). The service is prompt, though the food requires ~15 min wait time since they prepare everything to order. The fish selection looks very fresh, and there are many types of fish you won't be able to buy in your average supermarket seafood department.
